Through Adri Maria Consulting, Adri Maria is building an Annual Summer Fellowship for young adults from the Bronx who are learning to navigate their academic and professional journeys. Through collaborative workshops and hands-on experiences, fellows will gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their purpose, and the impact they want to make in their communities.

Life is a series of choices, but not everyone starts with the same options. Having grown up in a different borough than where she attended school, Adri experienced firsthand the disparities in access and opportunity across New York City. Moving between two different worlds taught her that every time someone opened a door for her, it became her responsibility to leave the key or hold the door open for the next person.

The Neighborhood Hope Dealer Fellowship Program will guide young adults from the Bronx in discovering what it means to level up in every area of their lives. Whether their next step is college, entrepreneurship, or a regular degular 9–5, Adri believes everyone has a gift, they just might not have uncovered it yet. Through workshops, field trips, and conferences, fellows will walk away with skills, confidence, and a community that moves with them into whatever comes next.
