Neighborhood Hope Dealer Fellowship Program

Through Adri Maria Consulting, Adri Maria hosts an Annual Summer Fellowship for Young Adults from the Bronx learning to navigate their academic and professional careers. Through collaborative workshops, fellows gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the roles they want to play in their communities.

Life is a series of choices, but unfortunately, we aren’t all presented with the same opportunities. Having grown up in a different borough than where she attended school, Adri Maria experienced first-hand the disparity in access to resources across New York City. Navigating two different worlds taught her that every time someone opened a door for her, it was her job to either leave the key for the next person or hold the door open completely for them.

In her Fellowship Program, Adri Maria works with young adults from the Bronx to navigate what it means to level up in all aspects of their life. Whether pursuing college degrees, entrepreneurship, or a regular degular 9-5, Adri Maria knows that everyone has a gift, they may have just not discovered it yet. Through workshops, field trips, and conferences, Adri Maria ensures that her cohorts gain skills, knowledge, and a network as they pursue their future endeavors.
